When you buy into TMC, you are buying a deeded property. When you buy your home, you have to pay for your upkeep of your home. The finances are spread out over time. With the timeshare, you are paying at one time for all of the upkeep of your property.

Is being asked to book early really all that unspeakable? So we drop a large sum, or mortgage the property we hold the deed on. So we can't get in at the drop of a hat. I spent a lot of money, so I will do what I have to do to get my time. It may be a bit inconvenient, but it is better than the stress of worrying and trying to beat the system. I always have a great time when I go.

I have an owner liaison who helps me. Have you tried giving her a call?
