So there is a charge if the Legal Assistance Team needs legal assistance. I was given the impression that they themselves were a law firm. Their investigation was limited to the past 5 years. Seemed like a possible class action deal, though they did not say that. (At the very least, they should hire a secretary who can spell.) MD
