I sold one Welk week (Week 48 in escondido) back to Welk who wanted it for their Rental/Resale program. I have tried for five years to sell a floating week at Casa Dorada (Dreams) in Cabo. Absolutely no interest. Like other comments here, there are just too many timeshares out there and the maintenance fees are approaching or even EXCEEDING the rental value of the units. Got stuck giving one Orlando company $250 for a "one year guaranteed sale". The Company went out of business at about 11 months and my Credit Card bank refunded my 250 after sending them a copy of the contract with the defunct company.
