No such class action lawsuit exists. None "pending", none ever likely. Frankly, you would be VERY hard pressed to find ANY private practice attorney or law firm which would willingly sign on for such a futile undertaking on a contingency basis; it just "ain't gonna happen"...

If you really want to help drive parasites like this out of business, you'd be best served by filing a formal, specific, written complaint with the state Attorney General's office, as has been suggested already in numerous preceding posts within this very thread.
