We would be very interested in joining in any class action against the Manhattan Club. I just checked on Expedia and they have 2 rooms left for the nights I have been closed out of at Manhattan Club. Supervisors never return calls, rooms are unavailable just 28 minutes after they are supposed to become available 9 months before the date. And then you are on hold for 18 of the 28 minutes. We are frustrated, annoyed, and angry enough to join a fight.
