Both Wyndham and Bluegreen, which we own, have a two night minimum for bookings. In very busy seasons it may be 3. That said, I have been able to book a single night if they happened to have an "orphan" night sandwiched between two longer bookings but that is rare. They certainly don't LIKE to change the sheets that often! MD
