Hi Folks, I'm interested in seeing if anyone on here has successfully sold a time share here, for anything except a give away price? Is there a chance? We just returned from Maui this weekend, what a wonderful time we had. Took a look at the Marriott properties on Maui, beautiful. Did the presentation, found out how many points our MB property is worth. According to them, our time share has increased in price, however, can't seem to find anyone interested in purchasing it? I don't get it.... anyway, just wondering if anyone else out there has really had any success. All the offers we receive are basically less than one year maintenance fee.
