I wanted to let everyone know that I, a total fool, fell for this scam and sent in two payments with promises that the sale was moving forward. They had all of the right answers about deeds and estoppel letters. Do not be fooled by their speech about your sale is with their closing department and you will be contacted by them to finalize the sale. If a man by the name of Rich Evans calls you, hang up on him. This company is a total fraud and scam. I have been "in processs" of selling my timeshare for the past 90 days with Resort Acquisitions Worldwide. Nothing has happened!!!! The phone numbers are now disconnected and emails are being ignored. PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE!
