Why would you pay someone $1200 just to list your property for rental? What do you think you'll be getting in return?
if you're looking for a "[company] to rent [your] timeshare", are you hoping that that company will do a "full service" for you --- advertise, negotiate, get renter to sign rental contract, collect rental fee, etc.? If so, there's one that will charge a 19% commission vacationtimesharerentals.com.
It should be cheaper, however, if you advertise it yourself on Red Week and do the "dirty work" yourself. $1200 is a bit excessive for a listing that can't even guarantee your unit will rent out.
