We were told at the time of purchase that the Club would always have "smoking" rooms. We explained to the salesman that this was a deal breaker. He assured us there would always be smoking rooms. He also promised that if we would ever want to resale, the club would buy the share back which is also a lie. We have also have had similar experiences to the one quoted above. And yes, we would participate in a class action or other suit.
