After paying many so-called resale firms to list my timeshares, I listed with redweek about 3 months ago. I had one party intereset in it and aske where the unit was located and not further interest, two months ago, I had another party that was interested in one of the units. After 2 weeks of email, I found out that her daugther works for an Inurance firm that I am licensed with. WOW, a REAL BUYER for the time share. right now, I am waiting on the time period for the timeshare (4 weeks or so) to forward on the request for transfer the first real timeshare sale in the last six years of attempted listing. and at a very good price for the buyer. .
