I lested 3 timeshare with red week apprx. 5 months ago. about 3 months ago, I reveived an inquity wante to know where unit units in Westgate was located, I explained that there is a secruity gate and one cannot drive around just to located that number unit. a month later, I had another inquiry and falsely assumed this was another individual just wanting to visit. Well, Wrong, it was a valid buyer and when she told me her daughter worked for an insurance comp;any that I am licensed with, this was a valid inquiry. wESTGATE Woods at Branson required 3 months and advised that they were going to repurcahse the 2 bedroom unit for my price of $250. I was advised by the transfer firm this might happen , however, I did not want to attempt to explain this to the buyer that I shoud price it at about $2,500 and return $2,000 to her upon sale. So, Why attempt to work with these so called RESALE Firms that want upfront FEE. . Just price the unit at $250 or less and let the timeshare firm buy it back. My thanks to red week for proving a honest buyer, if we just had some honest folks in timeshare management.
ps. I am not finsished with french quarter, my next message will take care of this problem.
