My Name is Randy... i was contacted recently a few months ago for the rental of my property from smatimeshare... i didnt know what to do because i have heard bad stories about rental/resale companies that charge an upfront marketing fee. I moved forward with them because of the market they target for rentals. i would defff... use them again and refer them to my friends and family who own timeshare aswell. thanks again for my extra cash on my money pit timeshare i own.
