For the first time in about 1 year, I advertised this timeshare on red week about 4 months ago, two months later. I could not believe it, I thought this must be someone who just wants to visit. No, it was a real legimate buyer for the westgate timeshare in branson. I used a transfer firm in branson that I had prior dealings with and all of the necessary forms were mailed to the buyer and later all forms mailed to westgate corporate office. the result is that westgate wanteed = to exercise their right of 1st refusal and purchase this unit internally. only one problem, wetgate was a week later in receipt by the transfer agent. However, westgate dated the letter so it was only 2 12/ weeks old and the material mailed (according to their postage meter) two days before the 30 day period. only problem, all of the necessary received from westgatge were over a week later. and now, I have written letters to corporate headquarters, and listed on BBB this type of fraulent activity at westgage
