Who did you contact at Club Land'or with an offer? What kind of offer? Supposedly I am supposed to receive a copy of a "Letter of Particulars" from Land'or within 21 days of my original court date, August 22. This is to explain to the judge and me, an itemized summary of what they believe I owe them and why. This would include assessment fees. When I have my "trial" on November 14, 2011, I will be able to ask Land'or questions. This I am looking forward to. I have photo's of how run down the property is in Nassau, that my daughter took in June. Where the heck did all the money go that I gave them until 2008? That is when I stopped paying. This is a challenge and I only wish Virginia was a bit closer to Minnesota.
