ARE YOU SERIOUS ? I have sold a Timeshare on Redweek. Come on $50., It cost me that for a nice dinner for 2. (Not McDs') A few e-mails, it was a local buyer. I had a escrow company in place, All complete by fax and a stamp. I had 2 t/s segments, at the same resort, now have 1. Never pay some guy on the phone $500. plus on a "we have a buyer for you" call. Plan B. Their are realtors in your area, they get paid when sold. Just my 2 cents...
