I have had success with a closing agent at branson, all the the paperwork and forms were mailed to the branson agent, WHO IN TURN FAXEDALL OF THE NECESSARY FORMS TO WESTGATE OFFICE BY THE 17TH OF THE MONTH. I hate to say AS USUAL, Westgate has a letter dated the 5th of the months, the postmark on all of the completed forms is dated the 23rd of the months, and all of the necessary forms were received from Westgate by the 28th of the months, AB0UT 10 DAYS TO LATE FOR WESTGATE TO EXCERISE THE FIRST RIGHT TO PURCHASE THE PROPERTY. a phone call to Tiffany Chisom -407-355-1000, ext 51089, never answers, and certified letters to Central florida investments, David Sigel, at westgate resorts ocoee, fl, and Judy smith at Ocoee , Fl. as well as letters to Missouri attorney general. WHY do these timeshare offices have the idea they can back date letters, change the postage meter and attempt to purchase back a timeshare unit when the selling price is only $250.. I would believe that someone from Westgate resorts would reply to these requests How can one believe any thing they say when they are caught in this type of "red handed, double dealing" transactions.
