It appears that you are correct in your opinion concerning westgate resorts. after filing complaint with BBB, there were 632 complaints filed plus 7 serious complaints filed within the last 3 years. after the BBB filed complaint, 3 certified letters to westgate mgt. in Florida, and also to Missouri Attorney general (which is a waste of time), the only reply that I have received is the Annual Billing for 2012 Dues.
