To Roberts 1192: This discussion of Westgate and the Right of First Refusal has me puzzled. DID you then sell what you were trying to sell back to Westgate for $250? Sell it to the other interested party? Kept it? Surely Right of First Refusal does not mean you must sell to the resort company for any amount they offer! If you let them bid first but have a better offer, can't you sell it to the higher bidder??
On a brighter note, we just got our MF bill from Westgate. If we pay now with a discount, it only went up $10. Not too bad. MD
