suggest see if they have any complainst from better business bureau, or better yet, are they a member of BBB. and check out itmeshare scams and see if their name appears. in my complaint with Westgate, BBB was about the only organizaiton that westgate had to have an answer to the complaint. also have the business send you a copy of the agreement prior to any action.
