I agree with those who nominate westgate resorts as "THE WORST OF THE WORST" in dealing with clients who would like to have a change in their contracts. Westgate will advise that the paperwork will be mailed in a week. That means the letter may show a date of Monday, however it is not even mailed until Friday of that week or the followinhg Monday. There are excellent in sending out the renewal notices for the 2012 dues billing. signed , very happy to be a FORMER Estgate owner.
