No, Westgate changed their mind and decided to let the $250 sale go thru, ONLY after discussion with cororate office and of course, the decision could have beenhandled with one e mail message to the title company involved in the closing. Instead, Westgage decided to push this probloem some more and supposed to write a letter of this decsion. When BBB asked if I was satisfied with the response my reply "when I received their agreement in writing. "
