my ANSWERl, after 3 phone calls to Westgate corporate offices, (I tuess someone was tired of Hearing from me, and constant communication by BBB, Westgate finally faxed their REFUSAL LETTER that they would not go ahead with their right of first offer. So, for $250, the westgate unit was sold to some one in Iowa, and the transfer agent in Brtanson said it was a "christmas miracle" that corporate westgate chaned their mind. my reply is that i have been dealing with timeshares the last 7 years, and I had encoug of their "crap" However, I do appreciate BBB in Forida that kept on this problem untile it was resolved. writing letters to Florieda att. general, and westgate corporate office was a waste of time. I called the 800 number of coporate and someitmes it would take 20 or 25 minutes of their nickel before I would be able to talk with someone, Westgate is very good as billing dues.
