I don't understand why Westgate would be engaging in their 'right of first refusal' when timeshares are being given everyday of the week on Ebay and in Bargain Basement ads on Redweek and Tug .... at least now Westgate has someone that was willing to pay $250 for the week and pay future maintenance fees. Even Marriott (high end brand) seldom engages their 'right of first refusal' these days in this economy.
