I will be in Henrico District Civil Court for my "trial" November 14. I do have pictures from 1988 when we signed our 40 year contract! My 30 year old daughter went to Club Land'or this past summer and took pictures on a "walk around" and is coming along to court as a witness to testify as to how run down the property is now. I believe that Land'or has breached the contract with all the assessments etc and am flying into Richmond from Minnesota to have "my day in court!" Wish me luck! Court is at 11 AM.
