You have had your timeshare for 3 years, paid it off and now want to dump it??? Isn't it time to relax and enjoy it? If you think you can put it on the market and get back anything close to what you paid the developer, we have very bad news for you. You do have a nice location, however. Have you tried renting it out on RedWeek? That could net you more in the long run. MD
