You are absolutely right-paid it off, now it is time to enjoy it. However, I will be unemployed as of tomorrow. I know we won't get what we paid for it and yes we have considered renting it out but felt the best for us at this point is to put it up for sale. If we don't get any interest then we may look more seriously at renting it out.
