For some reason? he missed the information in my complaint where I said that Club Land'or filed a suit against me, and when he re-read the complaint said he had to "close the file." I wish I would have filed the complaint a long time ago, and I suggest EVERYONE do that now. I know some people have done that and not gotten anywhere, but I had a almost immediate response with an e-mail and felt that if I would have done this before I was set for court, I could have at least insisted on the BBB to follow-up regarding my complaints, of which there were many. I am a firm believer that the "squeaky wheel gets the grease," so if you get a bad response, keep at it. It is your right to insist that the BBB do their job! Tell them it is "job security!!" I also have printed the information about Land'or having the two bedroom presidential suite for sale. My contract says 72 suites all alike. Who owns this presidential suite? Maybe the Holts? My husband inquired about this ad 10/27/11 This is what the response said: Sellmytimesharenow.com has received your inquiry regarding ad # 46072 at Club Land'Or We have emailed the owner, our advertising client, the contact information you provided and the following comments: is a virtual tour available? Type of Inquiry Selected: Need more information on selected ad. Went on and on with web site links. If you would like a copy of the e-mail let me know and I will e-mail it to you. christinelolsen@hotmail.com Price entered in offer amount box: 14,500.00Not an attorney but think any dispute with a "business" needs to go in writing as to what you are disputing and why- what information is missing from the business and a solid reason for not paying. How was the amount derived? What portion of the total is being billed to me? etc.Allief- we may see each other in court for at least one of the same reasons. I have lots of issues. I am going to the Monday Nov 14 court date at 11am in Henrico County, as I have shared with Christine.
Other Names to look at on the Web- Land'or Williamsburg, Land'or International, Club Land'or timeshares for sale. One notes as I recall a "Presidential Suite with 40 vacations, sleeps 5 and has 2, yes 2 bathrooms. That sounds like 2 suites turned into one. Price I think is $14,000, but look for yourself to be sure. Anybody else see this?
Also Land'or has, with the BBB, last time I looked, a B+ rating with under 40 complaints.
