Sorry to disappoint many but BBB is a joke. They will tell you that their purpose is to negotiate an acceptable resolution of a complaint with a member. As you all know (and happened with me), that will never happen with Club Land'Or. As soon as Club Land'Or replied, even thought they did not address my objections to the new Energy Surcharge and Holdover Fee, BBB considered the mattter closed over my objection. Let's face it, they get their income from members and cannot afford to offend them.
