One thing to remember is that purchasing a timeshare is never a good real estate investment. It's simply an investment into your vacation accommodations.

I sold a timeshare advertising it here on RedWeek. I got a few (seemingly) bona fide inquiries from the ad on My Resort Network.

Just remember, anyone offering to sell your timeshare for what you paid the developer (assuming that's where you bought it) or for greater, is likely going to scam you.
