This subject may not be in the correct location. however, I have a concern if anyone had hear of First Capital Financial Services Corp, 8225 S. Eastern Ave., Las Vegas 89123. The call is to sell one of my timeshare units in Branson,Mo, They have a buyer who will pay down $4,300, 20% of selling price and also pay a fee of $2,395 for costs. However, I am supposed to pay $2,276. for this deal, after the property is sold, I am supposed to receive the $2,,276 back. I do not like the idea of a personal of cashiers' check. I like a credit card since i believe with a credit card, I have a 3rd party to get involved if this is a fraud situation. a funny feeling when the firm seem to be in a hurry to get my money. I did receive a two page contract, and the the possibility of receiving $21,000 for the 3 bedroom unit in branson is real tempting. appreciate if anyone has had any experience with this firm. THE BBB does not have any compllaints on it so far. I hate to fall for another fraud deal. .
