Thank you for your reply, you have reinforced the decision to forget this transaction, and of course they wanted the fudns by personal check, etc. l not by credit card, which could be contested. I infoirmed the timeshare chief that my estate attorney is licensed in Missouri and he can provide all of the necessary documents for only $200. the staff seemed a little upset when I questioned that this was really a legtimate deal. thanks again for the follow up.
