Anyone heard of The Timeshare Travel and Transfer LL/Win Point VIP? (B rated in BBB because they are relatively new but no complaints have been lodged.) They claim to put multiple owners points into a trust from which those owners may draw. Owners would pay MF on what they used but not more. Evidently the company rents out excess points in order to pay MF on them. (I'd assume some of these rent to participants who need more points, not less, in a given year.) Mike Sullivan there also seems willing to do some rentals for owners who don't want to go into the trust at this time. What he is offering me for December points he can use is less than my MF but I can understand the difficulty of finding a renter at this date. He asked for nothing up front but needs to be able to sign in to my Wyndham account in order to search and, hopefully, reserve something for which he has a renter. Since he would not have my ownership ID, I suppose I have the ability to cancel anything he takes out of my account but does not pay for. Anyhow, he is to e-mail me additional information and a sample contract. MD
