As you know, a potential reservation can disappear in a minute. If the person locating a renter has to search through the owner and then go back and forth with the other person, there is no guarantee it will still be available when we are both ready to confirm. I have not yet received a copy of the contract to look over. (It should indicate a time limit and a point limit.) However, after looking online myself for possible rentable locations in December, I was convinced that he would not have a prayer of getting anything for which he is likely to have a renter this late in the year unless they are clamoring for a mountain top in Arkansas.
