Hi TB, Tom Syl, Cheryl and other new posters. Christine can help you join in a group with the same issues as you. There is a screening process. You are not alone. See Christine's post on page 23. I went to court with her and clo offered her a settlement, so no public court record. Also look back to the Oct - Nov posts. You cannot find a court record and likely others because people either do not show up or they settle out of court. If someone has a warrant in debt and you know there name or it might have been there docket number you can find them before the court date. If you live near the Henrico court house stop by on a Monday or Tuesday morning and look at the docket or go to the clerk's office to ask about the next Club Land'or docket dates. It is a confusing process. Club Land'or and Land'or Williamsburg/Colonial Crossing are both connected to the Parent Company Land'or International. The numbers are growing as is information and knowledge. We are looking and exploring, helping each other. . If you have an upcoming court date I will come and others will to so a voice and record can begin. The court process looks to be 2 steps so be prepared to go again. The clerk of the court can explain this. There is no class action suit for Club Land'or that I know of. If you find out there is,please post it. Colonial Crossing is a different story. Again Contact Christine if you are interested in the private FB group- you cannot get on the site until you are screened, approved and added .
