In 2008 I rented an Oceanfront lock-off for $1,200 and last year, 2011, I rented my Oceanfront lock-off for $1,500 for the week.

Both were very pleasant experiences and I dealt directly with the owner and as an owner myself, my interested renter dealt directly with me through redweek.com. :)
