Just had a call from Summit Marketing from one person, who after my questions turned me over to talk with Jessie McNair 877-881-4408 ext 314. He told me I have 30,000 bonus points from RCI, and that I can get $2800 by renting or selling them. He also mentioned that I somehow acquired them for 1800 points (but maybe he really meant that it would cost me that points sum to get them). I said I am not spending any money; he replied that I would receive $2800, not spend it. I replied that my account at RCI.com does not show any such figure. He said these are points I cannot use myself but that I can rent or sell them, and that they do not show on the RCI account because they are in a special category where RCI has trouble with its website for a year now. Ultimately he said to check with RCI. So I did, and I do not have any such points bonus. The RCI rep said it is a scam.
