Class actions are very difficult to assemble and usually result in only the lawyers making money. We have so many different types of claims that I do not think one is possible or (unfortunately) profitable enough for a lawyer. The best approach is to watch what works as each case goes forward and use that. I talk to Karen regularly and think she has a good chance. If she wins, CLO will fold whenever we file a similar suit.
