It is possible to sell a timeshare, but you won't get much for it. I was able to sell my Wyndham points through Redweek's advertising site for next to nothing for them. I was willing to take a great loss, however, to keep from having to continue paying the maintenance fees forever. I found the process quite easy and safe by going through First American Title as linked by Redweek. I felt fairly comfortable with the buyer because he contacted me through Redweek. I started the process the last part of June and got the closing check in the mail yesterday. I might try advertising my Diamond Resorts points if I decide not to use them next year. Meanwhile, good luck.
