This is my first attempt to rent out my BG timeshare for a large event (Bike Week 2013). I am advertising in Craigslist, Red Week, Ebay Classifieds, and in Sept, Oct, Nov in USA Today Sports Weekly. I've been advertising for more than 4 months with absolutely no interest. While I realize there is a great deal of competition I am pretty sure that during these types of events, that almost everything is rented based on my associate/mentor is telling me, but again no interest. Could it be my ads aren't reaching the cities/people I need to? I am out of ideas and would appreciate any thoughts and guidance.
