Its true that this forum is just for Club Land'Or but if you Google you may find one for Col. Crossings (CC). Since they are a deeded timeshare unlike Land'Or that is a 'right to use' by contract you actually own and may have alternatives. Not sure of the status of the group that has been established with Mr Sadler (attorney) but I still see his name a lot. I know he charges a fee to join the group.

My husband and I each received that exact same letter dated same as yours but with different amount owed. I have left messages every day for that lawyer but no call back.How odd that a law office ONLY has an answering machine. When I first got the letter I called the billing dept at CC and shared my situation with the lady that answered and she told me I needed to call the lawyer and he would definitely call me back.

The irony with us is that we have not owned at CC since 2006 and never missed a maintenance fee payment in the one year and two months we owned there. We did not finance our purchase. The letter talks about a lien we are already supposed to know about that has been filed in court? Did you receive anything about that before getting this letter? I never received earlier correspondence from them nor a phone call. There is no filing on record against us in York County civil court. In our case how can they foreclose on something we don't own? I am not sure that Land'Or International has anything to do with CC anymore. There is no mention of it on their corporate website. I plan to escalate with CC if I don't hear back from the lawyer today.

Do you guys have any advice at all? I am currently dealing with child support and child custody court with two corrupt judges over my 2 year old son that is being alienated by his sorry excuse of a mother who beats him and this really puts a big grin on my face to sarcastically say.

P.P.S I should probably point out it says I only owe $413, but I have not paid anything probably since February~ of 2012, and my payments were supposed to be around $150/month plus those stupid quarterly dues they force. Makes me wonder what they are trying to scam now.

I see they have now edited their website to take out the disney imagineers made underground water park they bragged so big about developing. This is probably one of the dirtiest companies I have had the pleasure of dealing with in my entire life.
