Can someone give me an update on court hearings regarding CLO and resort owners? We have been members since 1998 and desperately want to get out of the contract. The maintenance fee has gone up to a ridiculous amount and we have been charged with frequent and very high assessment fees. We have tried to sell it and we have tried to give it away, but cannot even do that. Now we cannot even exchange it with RCI. We called CLO and can't even get past the person that answers the phone. We have paid all of our fees but this puts a hardship on us. I read the Bahamian newspaper and it said there was nearly 100 cases of disgruntled owners going to court, beginning last summer. Just wondering if anyone knows about this and results?
