All you people who keep complaining need to go back to the first page of this forum and start reading - and then quit paying ! There are at least 15 cases a week in the Virginia Beach court involving Land'Or and maybe more in Henrico County court. When I went to court, of 15 cases, only 4 of us showed up. The rest were scared and paid I guess. I had a 2" thick folder of documentation, including a Bahemian weather report showing that a hurricane never hit there as they claimed and charged an assessment for, and was ready to shoot bear. They ended up not going to trial, even though I wanted to, and settled for a fraction of what they said I owed. They also said I owed less than should have been. If they say you owe $300 or so tell them you will pay that if they release you from your contract and get it in writing. That would be cheap if they let you out. By the way, the courts are tired of the Land'Or suits too.
