Hi, We just had to go yo court because they are suing us for not paying those ridiculous fees.. However, we read in our contract that they cannot charge for certain fees but every so many years. They violated that . Also they said we didn't pay anything when we did. I asked for a correct and detailed accounting ledger of our account. They sent one that showed no payments. I told them I wasn't paying until they credited my account with my payments and quite charging us for illegal assessments. We would like to know if their is an attorney handling these cases. We would like to counter sue for all of their harassments too. Late night and early morning , at work phone calls when they were told not to call anymore 20 times a day.
