Free Nothing. i paid 10000. up front and they milk us for yearly dues and special assessments and maintenence> that place is the Bates Motel.They havent updated ANYTHING. they have no amenities except a small pool and lame coctail time. the rooms are ancient and if u try to trade within their club its non existent> help me get out or make them buy them back.
