To all members of Club Land'or: We returned from our vacation Sunday night, Dec. 15th and received the news that there was a $2002.00 Special Assessment. However, if it had been paid by Dec. 15th, it would have been $1540.00 (30 % less). My husband and I have two additional timeshares in Nassau. The Paradise Island Beach Club and Sandy Port Beaches Resort. We have never had a Special Assessment at either of these two timeshares.
