Are you talking about the questionaire that was signed when you read through the Lease Agreement? I believe this is the section you are talking about" Part F. Your Club Land'or Lease Agreement exempts you from payment of real estate taxes, maid services, and utilities; however, hotel taxes (6% of the total Lease Agreement price, prorated on a weekly basis), Special Assessments levied by the Bahamian Government (presently does not exceed $2.00 per night per person), airport departure departure taxes and food and beverage gratuities are your responsibiity. Note: We all signed, including Club Land'or with the time and date. Our contract started June 24, 1987.
