How nice to hear from another "terri" and another 'not fake' review. I took great offense being accused of lying or being an employee.

I have heard about the fees at the fancier Harborside...ouch..and the fact that they don't offer all the free and or frequent services Land'or does. I have looked at many timeshares and 'right to use ' places on the internet and seems they all have ever rising fees. Its the industry and not individual resorts that are gouging owners and there are many in worse condition that Land'or has ever been. I have a very good friend in Florida who is in real estate and asked her to check out a few places in person for us for a possible exchange so we could spend time with her family. She was horrified at some of them and has spent time with us at Land'or and said even before the renovation started its much nicer than many she saw.
