Note: Club Land'or charges $25.00 per day per person for maid service and utilities. The 2013 Maintenance fee was $1414.42 and $719 for Special Assessment. The Special Assessment for 2014 is $2200 and the Maintenance fee will be $1527.57. Also, you better find out what free services are available. The Paradise Island Beach Club is far superior to Club Land'or. There are no Special Assessment fees and the annual maintenance fee is $1275. In addition, West Wind II is very nice; it's across the street from the new Chinese Hotel/Casino.
