Charles-there is a very nice older but newly renovated timeshare near Orlando in Cocoa Beach on A1A that we got thru Flex Plus. It was our very first exchange and went very smoothly. The C&D buildings are the ones to get in and above the second floor for a great view. They are right on the ocean and beautifully decorated with an outstanding kitchen/supplies. Check out Ocean Landings on the web to see what they have on the property. Close to Disney, Universal and Kennedy and everything else you could want /need is right on A1A. We spent two weeks there and just loved it. We are retired too and Cocoa Beach is a very laid back area.
